  They work! It cut down on my hot flashes greatly. I made the mistake of the hoping I could get some progesterone gel thinking that would help to balance my hormones out but boy was I wrong! The progesterone gel made my night sweats come roaring back! Lesson learned. *

  I started taking this as I self-discovered I was likely starting peri-menopause and hoped this would help address some symptoms. My first cycle after starting was... different and interesting... my body was definitely cleaning house. I just finished my second cycle and wow.... it's like the most normal cycle I've had in YEARS!!!! And peri-menopausal symptoms have been neutralized as well. Wish I started taking this years ago. *

I’ve also noticed a significant difference in my breast size,increasing in size that is. So not sure how beneficial that is to others, but a “warning” for those who might not be interested in that effect. *
